The platform is great, easy to work with, and my clients love it. I purchased the premium plan and the team helped me make a very reliable, very detailed prompt that I'm using for my clients to help them close more jobs for their companies. Honestly, top software of its kind right now... Best AI conversationalism, natural, etc, but not only that, the support from these guys is phenomenal, They even spent time with me to do the basic log-in and set-up that pretty much anyone could do solo. You can't go back after using Appointwise...

This SMS AI Bot is genuinely a game changer. It works incredibly well in majority of circumstances. After now messaging over 1000+ leads, I haven't had a single lead realize it's AI, and our conversion rates sky rocketed after implementation. It's hilarious and entertaining watching it convert the leads in front you while you sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. Been using it for 4 months, it took a little time to get my head around it, however once I understood it - I realised the value was a lot higher than I originally perceived. All key client metrics have increased, lead to appointment %, Cost per appointment etc.. and subsequently close rate & CPA for my clients. (My clients sell services at a 5-15k AOV across the board. extremely addictive to use. Tailoring the bot is easy & you can programme it in great depth. Amazing software. If you're looking for an AI sms bot for your agency this is the one!!!! Very good price and the plans don't get crazy expensive as you scale. For a fixed price you get unlimited chatbots. Also the support is great, any questions or advice you need they will sort it quick.

Great software that has helped my clients with their speed to lead issues. Many small gym owners are usually in training when a lead comes in, this AI booking (or hand off to human)-system works to solve that issue. I used Appointwise when it first launched—the concept was great, but there were a few issues that meant we had to revert to manual booking. Since then, it's clear there's been a lot of investment and development. We've recently re-launched on the new 7.0 version, and the results so far have been amazing. You have so much control over the AI that it's virtually impossible to tell it's not a real person! I'm excited to roll this out across all my clients and see how much better the results get.

Very slick AI appointment setting service that has changed the game for some of my clients campaigns

It does exactly what it says it does and does it very well. Everything is easy to use and works as it should. I haven't yet encountered something I'd like to do with it that I haven't been able. There have been numerous times I've been stuck and have required assistance. The team have been on hand pretty much immediately and have made sure I know exactly what I need to do to figure out the solution. Would highly recommend to agency owners who want to make sure their clients have a water tight back-end.

Fascinating

Despite the facts that the tool is: - ACTUALLY great - Keeps it updated every month or something - Can actually be integrated into GHL and SCALE Vani, Ollie, and Logan are beyond amazing, especially when you reach out for help.
